Our close advice, called “shoehorning”, involves working directly with the company’s commercial team. Our monetisation policies are based primarily on variables related to business growth, ensuring that we are all aligned on objectives and results.

A growth and acceleration project starts with a creative process that involves sketching, refining, and redesigning one or more innovative value propositions that are truly distinctive and disruptive compared to your competition. Identify which industry sectors could be the target of future clients and customize a proposal for each of the chosen sectors.
Additionally, it is necessary to assess the current client portfolio and offer additional services that enable proposals generating the company’s recurring income. At Mindhead, we specialize in growing companies, achieving growth rates in 2022 ranging from 40% for the least growing company to 275% for the fastest-growing one.
How do we do it? We are very meticulous about the projects we choose to accelerate. Over 70% of the projects presented to us are not accepted by our Management Committee. We are honest; if we don’t believe in a project, we don’t participate. Emotional involvement in a project is vital for its development; if this factor is absent, the result will turn into frustration, not just financial.
These acceleration processes also require an emotional connection between us and the CEOs. Without that “match,” there will be no results. Trust and alignment are essential. We provide very close guidance, which we call “the shoe,” meaning getting involved in the business development work with the entire sales team of the company. Hence, our monetization and fee policies are mainly based on variables tied to the growth of the companies.
