Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Balearic Islands, holds an Advanced Program in General Management from IE, Expert in Financial Management from ESADE, a course in Financial Management of International Operations from CECO, and more recently, the innovative program from ThePowerMBA.

He started as a Financial Consultant at Navision, then the largest Microsoft Business Partner Solutions in Spain, obtaining official certification as a consultant in the financial area.

After this stage, he took on the role of Assistant to the CFO of a major engineering and facilities company, soon assuming full responsibility as CFO of the group, managing a multicultural administrative team with a significant presence in LATAM/Caribbean and contributing to the substantial growth and consolidation of the business.

Following this stage, he held the position of CFO/COO in a major IT services company (Microsoft Gold Partner) with international presence and a strong focus on the tourism sector.

Finally, he chose to develop his own project of strategic consulting at Mindhead, dedicating 100% of his time to it currently.
