Gomila Group Investment has made investments in a variety of sectors in recent years, including tourism, real estate, healthcare, restoration, information and communication technologies (ICT), and consulting. This expansion has encompassed companies such as Reway Tech, Formula Partners, Pizziosa, G&G Tourism, Ecostar, and Directa Foods.

Tolo Gomila leads the strategic consultancy Mindhead (www.mindhead.es), focused on business acceleration, strategy, transformation, and financing, where he dedicates much of his professional effort.

With 20 years of experience, he founded and directed Estel Ingeniería y Obras S.A., significantly contributing to its international expansion. Under his leadership, the company has consolidated as one of the main Spanish-origin multinational engineering firms, participating in the execution of more than 700 hotel projects worldwide. His experience includes the internationalization of companies in a wide range of countries, including Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, the United States, Turk & Caicos, Anguilla, the Bahamas, Algeria, Morocco, Equatorial Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, and Oman.

In his career, Mr. Gomila has held significant positions such as president of the Association of Entrepreneurs of Parc BIT and of the Innovation Commission of the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CAEB and the Circle of Economy of Mallorca. He currently participates in the Tourism Commission of the CEOE, in the Spanish National Tourism Council, in the Tourism Commission of Confepyme, and is a member of the National Tourism Board and a mentor in Spain Conector.

Until 2022, he presided over Fevitur, the Spanish Federation with 24 associations from different Autonomous Communities of Spain, representing more than 186,000 accommodation units and generating a direct impact on the extra-hotel tourist offer with a contribution of more than 63.5 billion euros to the GDP.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gomila has been distinguished with various recognitions, including the Young Entrepreneur Award of the Balearic Islands, Young Entrepreneur Award of Mallorca, an acknowledgment by Expansión Magazine for 20 years of business success, nomination by Spain for the European Business Awards in 2012, CAEB Award for business policies in Prevention of Occupational Risks Balearic Islands and the Gold Medal of Tourism as President of Fevitur awarded by the Autonomous Community of Valencia in 2019. Recently, in 2023, he received the National Award for Strategic Business Consulting in the 21st Century.
