Fernando Penteado is a Supply Chain and Logistics executive with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Home Appliances and Retail industries, with proven ability to develop sustainable performance projects, optimizing the distribution network and reducing costs, leading global teams and supporting the commercial vision of the companies.

Specialist in resource optimization and implementation of strategic projects fundamental to the development and growth of business volume, including the implementation of omnichannel logistics operations with a high degree of effectiveness and agility to respond to the needs of the modern customer, understanding their real needs and anticipating future demands.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led several process improvement initiatives, managing annual logistics budgets in excess of €300 million, and delivering up to €2 million in effective cost reduction annually. Fernando has acted in the implementation of global logistics structures for the development of new markets and innovative product lines, including the coordination of projects in the Americas and Far East (India and China). Fernando holds an MBA in Business Management from UNICAMP in Brazil and is a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CPSM®) from the University of Arizona (USA), among other training. He has numerous international internships in South America, USA, Mexico, France, Spain, China and India. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and has a basic knowledge of French.
