Rafael has a solid experience as Managing Director for a group of multinational companies and for more than 20 years he held management positions in the commercial, administration, finance and marketing areas
Always involved in the design, development and implementation of the strategic plan and very focused on business development with a high component of financial analysis. Leader and promoter of change management, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions projects. Specialist in digitalization of the company and online channel.
His experience in transforming the family business was precisely what brought him to the Balearic Islands where he directed Dielectro Balear, a subsidiary of the Sonepar Group, to become a “Serial Entrepreneur”.

In this time he has started projects such as Breeze agua de niebla, Dlight Lighting Solutions, and 24plans.com among others.

He is a director of several startups as well as a mentor to entrepreneurs and SMEs, collaborating with the Instituto de Empresa, Palma Activa, Secot and Banco Santander through the Explorer program.

Rafael holds a degree in Economics and Business, ICA Certificate of Good Governance of Societies, Master in Commercial Management and Marketing from the Instituto de Empresa, and more recently he has completed 3 disruptive programs (MBA, e-commerce and Digital Marketing) at The Power Business School.
