Grégory Dupard
Grégory Dupard has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel and real estate sectors, specialising in business consulting, operations management and B2B sales. Trilingual in English, French and Spanish, he has focused his career on strategic planning, risk management and client relationship development, mainly in the Barcelona region. He currently holds the position of Commercial Director at BABA Real Estate, a Catalan group specialised in the development and management of real estate investment funds, since October 2022. In this role, he ensures the comprehensive management of real estate projects, guaranteeing operational efficiency, legal compliance and commercial success.
Previously, Grégory was Sales Director at Tecfys, where he was in charge of synchronising sales activities with the company’s strategic objectives. He has also been responsible for business development at Emerald Stay, HiGuests and ShBarcelona, where he led market research, property acquisition and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives, contributing to the companies’ increased visibility and revenue.
